Hi. i am quan minh. i am vietnamese and living here in ho chi minh. no relation, but i would like to believe he is a long lost uncle. i like to think this because i want to add drama in my family history. but alas, drama eludes me.

I am a 19 year old university student, currently in hiatus from my studies in oxford. not a lot of vietnamese there i tell you. there are some, but most are westernized and they would have nothing to do with anything vietnamese. a shame really. we are a people who had a lot of hardships yet survuved. to turn my back on my people would be tantamount to mutiny.

My blog here is to help me propagate and educate vietnamese culture. all people think about when they hear of vietnam is the war. but we are much more than that. our food is something to be enjoyed. please visit my blog often and learn more about my homeland. i have to go now, but i hope to see you soon! bye!
